About FixOne

FixOne is a vetted local repair marketplace, not a repair company ourselves. Every job is carried out by one of our independent, background-checked local providers. Our part is matching you with the right one, holding payment safely until the work is done, and stepping in if something isn't right.

When you submit a request, we notify local providers whose trade and area fit, and they send you a price directly. You choose whichever quote works for you, whenever you're ready. Payment is only released to the provider once you've confirmed the job is done.

Keeping bookings and payments on FixOne, rather than arranged privately between a customer and provider, is what makes that protection possible in the first place. If a job isn't done properly, we can step in, but only for work booked and paid through the platform.
